This project required the replacement of a number of VRV condensers and associated fan coil units in a two storey office block.
Works were undertaken on an “out of hours” basis with the air conditioning removed and replaced overnight on a zone by zone basis with no disruption to daytime air conditioning of the office space.

This project consists of 144 aged care bedrooms, multiple dining rooms, nurse stations, community rooms, commercial kitchen and amenities.

This project involved to removal and replacement of chiller plant, air handling unit, pipework and switchboards and the installation of new air handling system to club extension.

This project consisted of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation to multi-story tower blocks including residential apartments, retail tenancies & multilevel carpark.
